The association’s statutory purpose - legal assistance for people on the move and their supporters - is not recognized as non-profit [gemeinnützig] according to the German tax authorities and tax code, which is why unfortunately no donation receipts in the sense of the income tax law [Einkommensteuerrecht] §10 can be issued. If necessary, we can issue an informal receipt.
